Who we are looking for

A Software Product Analyst who will be responsible for producing detailed requirements, providing information and support to the team.

Working alongside Product Development Managers you will assist in the shaping of new product enhancements. You will work closely with operational and trading teams to ensure the sports platform is developed in line with business requirements and provides a clear product direction for developers.

You will play a key role in the delivery of software enhancements to our sports sites, adapting to a challenging and fast paced environment, you will be comfortable with regular context switching, and have the ability to retain and recall information swiftly and accurately.

This role involves liaising with teams across the Company; ensuring tasks are completed in the appropriate time scales.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred skills and experience

Excellent written and verbal skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and interacting skills at all levels with multiple teams.
Good understanding of sports betting.
Ability to recognise gambling requirements for regulatory markets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple work items concurrently.

Main Responsibilities

Providing input into new product ideas and enhancements to existing products.
Carrying out competitor analysis to maintain market place awareness.
Assisting with the production of detailed requirement documents outlining the scope of changes to be implemented by the sports development teams.
Supporting development teams with the implementation of changes.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product Development, Sports.
Writing clear and concise requirements for developers to follow.
Learning the rules and regulations of sports.
