Dog & House Plant Loving Sales Advisor

Based a few minutes walk from The Meadows, bone fide is a friendly neighbourhood pet-safe plant and dog shop. As well as high-quality dog food, treats, toys and accessories, we offer plant care products, a repotting service and a range of homewares.

We'll soon be opening a second store near Murrayfield and are excited to expand our amazing team.

What the role entails:

You'll help our canine and human customers find what they're looking for, whether it be the perfect plant, dog treat pick n mix or a gift for pet-owning friends. You'll provide tailored care advice on plants and dogs alike. You’ll keep our store and plants in top condition and maintain our peaceful and welcoming environment that our customers love.

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine love of plants and dogs along with experience in a customer-facing environment is essential to us.
• Experience with dogs (yes, your own dog/ family pet counts!)
• Experience in caring for plants, ideally in a professional role.
• A bubbly and approachable person who enjoys chatting with customers
• Ability to work alone and take initiative
• Available to work throughout our busiest times of year (Fringe festival, festive period)

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

Salary: From £10.42 per hour
