Role : Regional Director
Location : Surrey
We are currently looking for an self-motivated and influential Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of 12 Care Homes within our Surrey region. The successful candidate will have a proven record of leading a successful portfolio of homes, inside the care sector.

We are experts in our fields, with over 150 homes and day clubs across the UK, providing expert respite, residential, nursing, dementia and end-of-life care for older people.
Having just acquired 26 new homes from Sunrise/Gracewell, we have successfully grown our portfolio to 150 Care Homes nationwide making us one of the largest and most ambitious care providers in the country.

They will effectively lead, manage and motivate their managers to support and develop their teams to deliver a safe and caring home to each and every resident. We have an excellent operations team who will work with you every step of the way. A Director who has vision, imagination and determination who can hit the ground running.
Attributes desired:
- Healthcare professional having knowledge of residential care services
- To have a sound level of business acumen, commercially astute and interpret data
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as LA/CCG/CQC through sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements
- Self-motivated, proactive, personable team player
- Flexible in approach and comfortable in a changing environment
- Able to operate on own initiative
- Good personal presentation, with a professional approach
- Ability to work with and influence action through others
