Key responsibilities
- Willing, able and excited to make hundreds of phone calls to clients and candidates
- Searching on job boards
- Qualifying candidates
- Arranging interviews and offers for candidates
- Identify, approach and represent candidates for niche technical roles
- Manage our internal database
- Attend exhibitions as a Datasource Representative
We offer a brilliant 6 week training plan plus ongoing on the job training and external recruitment courses to help you master being the best Recruiter possible!
Salary: £19,000 – £21,000 + 6 monthly performance bonuses
