Position Overview & Specifications
Are you interested in a rewarding career, working with a small dental team focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care to its patients?
I am personally seeking a dynamic Dental Assistant to join my team that genuinely cares for people and feels personally satisfied being part of a process that is helping patients reach their dental health potential. In this small team model, every individual is valued and serves a critical role in our successful outcomes with patients.
Important qualities we are seeking:
- Excellent communicator
- Organized multitasker
- Team player
- Dependable and personally stable
- Career minded
- Lifelong learner
- Health focused

Are you're interested in working in a smaller, more intimate setting?
Does the thought of offering more complete care to fewer people (versus a little bit of care to a lot of people) sound appealing? Do you prefer the authenticity and human connection possible with a small health-centered model vs that of a rushed, insurance-driven model? We are seeking someone interested in offering a unique alternative to the "standard of care." While some experience is appealing, we are willing to train the right individual with no background in the field.
