Guest Experience Land Train and Tractor Driver

Job Title: Tractor/ Land Train Driver

Location: Kent Life Heritage Farm Park

Hours of work: Zero Hour Contract (Rota over 7 days ensuring teamwork and holiday cover)

Reports to: Commercial Manager

Accountable to: General Manager

Job Function: Our primary objective is to deliver fun, engaging and compelling guest experiences for all visitors to this attraction. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual. Your role will offer daily Land Train & Tractor rides around the Kent Life site as advertised on the itinerary and offering approachability and charm for every guests day.

A clean driving license with the ability to tow & drive a minibus is essential

Key Tasks:

1. Adhere to the company’s Health & Safety policies at all times.

2. Responsible for all morning & evening safety checks, as well as daily cleans for our guests to see the machines looking their best.

3. Operate the Tractor/ Land Train in a safe, efficient & timely manner

4. Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

5. Offer information about the site when asked by a team member of a guest

6. Support other departments across the site as appropriate

7. Undertake any other reasonable task as required by the General Manager.

8. Maintain the confidentiality of Planning Solutions and Kent Life’s internal communications, records and commercially sensitive information.

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £9.50 per hour
