We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated individual who acts as a role model and has strong leadership skills to direct our Education and Training function for technical and support staff across our sites. We are committed to professional and personal development of our team enabling all staff to fulfil their potential and deliver our ambitions.

Working with the Pharmacy Senior Management Team you will lead, develop, manage, and promote the Education and Training Strategy for our Technical workforce. You will line manage our two Education Training Technicians who support over 40 Pre-registration Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Support Workers in training across our sites.

This role will develop training programmes to standardise practice and ensure that quality is at the centre of everything we do for our patients and to support the wider multidisciplinary team.

This post is full time (37.5 hours) but options for flexible working apply.
