Travel Wellness and Spa Travel Specialist

We are seeking an articulate Travel Wellness and Spa Travel Specialist to join a highly successful travel company due to remarkable growth in health retreats overseas.
This dynamic and forward thinking travel company offers a range of travel types across the globe for spa and wellness lovers.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for a travel sales professional from tour operator or travel agent with a passion for wellness and spa seeking career progression and lucrative commission. The role is not only arranging bespoke trips across the globe, but there is also the opportunity to get into marketing.

Travel Wellness and Spa Travel Specialist duties:

• Arranging spa and wellbeing tailormade holidays to the top spa destinations and luxury properties around the world.
• Meeting expectations of a discerning client base whilst maintaining high service standards with true customer focus.
• Booking luxury accommodation, travel extras, flights plus many more travel products.
• Keeping informed and educated on developments in the spa/wellness sector, as well as the travel sector overall.
• Participate in product training and weekend FAM trips as required.
• Creating hotel and programme descriptions and other web content and images.
• Assisting in the execution of the company CRM strategy including segmentation of the direct database, creation and distribution of newsletters, social media content & blogs.

Essential Requirements:

• Knowledge and/or personal experience in health and wellbeing such as exercise and fitness, yoga, spa treatments, healthy cuisine etc.
• Experience working with high end tour operator or luxury travel agency is essential – knowledge of wellness resorts would be ideal but not essential.

The position can be Hybrid or Remote, if remote candidates will have to conduct two weeks training in the London office (expenses not covered)
