Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Merseyside
Role Summary:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for delivering profitable and high-quality work within the branch, while managing a diverse team of employees. The successful candidate will need to create and maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure that the branch meets financial targets. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with group processes and developing the local team to meet the future needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver profitable and high-quality work within the branch.
- Ensure work is delivered safely, to the required quality, and on time.
- Take responsibility for all work delivered within your Branch.
- Create and lead a high-performing team.
- Ensure customer promises are achieved, and relationships are developed.
- Achieve financial branch targets.
- Protect the company from financial or other loss.
- Manage the local team and resolve personnel issues with the assistance of the national team.
- Ensure compliance with group process.
- Develop the local team to ensure compliance and to meet the future needs of the business.
- Develop and grow the local business in line with the company objectives and strategy.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in service delivery or building maintenance role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kirkby, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
