We have freelance associate positions online (i.e. remote working) in the field of business psychology that might suit exceptional students with extraordinary capabilities (including interpersonal/communication skills), who are looking for work experience during the third year of a four-year course in business studies or accounting&finance or after their first degree and before progressing with a master's degree. Ideally, those who wish to build their portfolio by applying their learning from university and additional courses in various projects, including applying LEAN methods to operational procedures, business strategy, business analytics, recruitment, etc. We are proud to say that our previous associate used their work with us to get into one of the most highly-ranked MBAs (i.e. the University of Oxford Business School).

We would specifically be interested in candidates with a proficient level of English (overall IELTS = 8.0 or higher/TOEFL = 110 or higher) who are in the process of obtaining/have recently obtained one of the following degrees:

• Business Psychology
• Accounting and Finance
• Business Management
• Business and Finance
• Business and Human Resource Management
• The Enterprise and Entrepreneurship
• Business Administration
• Business and Marketing
• Business Economics
• Business Analytics

They also must be very good with prioritisation and data analysis and have very high ICT skills, including very advanced skills with Microsoft Windows and the Office suite (especially Excel and Word), as well as very advanced skills with Google Sheets, Google forms, Google docs, and Google drive.

Due to the nature of the work, they will also need to provide a DBS.

This is a contractor opportunity, i.e. not an employee; the contractor will be paid by the hour and payments do not cover review meetings regarding the contract of services or initial meetings regarding the service,( i.e. payment will be made for meetings in which the assistant actually provides a service).

Currently, there is some flexibility in terms of the number of hours per week, with a current assumption of a minimum of 4 hours per week for exceptional applicants who will be able to work to support a specific workstream and more likely several more hours per week for other contractors. All meetings will be online and thus contractors must have their own fast computer and strong internet access to enable video and screen sharing, as well as a quiet and private work area.
