CRM & Customer Satisfaction Manager for Volvo Trucks

Hours: Full Time
Location: Warwick with Hybrid Working
Salary: £40-50k depending on experience

Here at Volvo Trucks we have an exciting opportunity for a CRM & Customer Satisfaction Manager to join our Marketing Communications Team in Warwick.

The department specialises in producing a marketing strategy, tracking the customer experience, and promoting the Volvo Trucks brand. As a CRM and Customer Satisfaction Manager, you will provide governance, training and guidance to all business areas, helping to secure new sales and developing existing customer relationships. You will oversee the Volvo Trucks’ Customer Relationship Management way of working, digital tools and the customer satisfaction process.

Some key elements of this role include...

  • Use customer data to challenge the business, undertake high level analysis to help identify new opportunities to drive targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Develop, manage and deliver the CRM strategy and tools including leading our new CRM transformation plan to introduce Salesforce to the business.
  • Engage, influence and proactively work with the Volvo Truck Executive, Dealer Principals and their teams to deliver the customer insight strategy.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the Customer Satisfaction processes and tools securing an efficient and consistent way of working.
  • Develop guidelines, templates, methods and reporting as required to ensure a standard way of working.
  • Requirement to visit our dealer locations
